Imperial College London and Upstream are excited to invite you to join us at White City Innovation District for networking with the leading minds of our deep tech community.

Speakers (more to be announced)

Dr. Rachel Shaw (COO, Eden Bio): Eden Bio uses machine learning to improve protein yield, saving companies time and money, and helping them get their proteins to market faster.

Alyssa Gilbert (Director of Policy and Translation at the Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Environment/UNDAUNTED): Alyssa will be talking about the work of Undaunted which focuses on climate innovation within academic science, industry, and business, and also across broader critical contexts, such as policy and societal engagement.

Dr. Shuqiao Xie (Co-founder of S3): S3 is building the next generation of orthopaedic navigation system for joint replacement, including Mobile Assisted Reconstruction In Orthopaedics (M.A.R.I.O), a simple, low-cost, smartphone-based intra-operative navigation system to help surgeons place an implant precisely during the surgery.

Scott Bentley (Assoc. Partner, CF): Carnall Farrar (CF) is dedicated to improving healthcare through working with health systems and the life sciences industry. It supports the life sciences industry in the uptake of innovation including access, pathway transformation and how they partner with health systems to improve patient outcomes.
